  • ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’ is a programme of private and public victory developed by Stephen R. Covey. Many thousands of people worldwide have embarked on this programme to improve both personally and professionally.
  • If you or your team feels stuck within negative patterns of thinking or behaviour which appear imposed by external people or situations, or you want to change the outcomes you are getting in life but do not know why or how, perhaps it’s time to review your life habits. What is covered?

The business course is delivered in two parts, with an accompanying personal profile.

PART 1

  • Foundational principles, including:
    • The character ethic, the emotional bank account, paradigms and the ‘see-do-get’ principle.
  • Habits 1- 3
    • Be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first

 

PART 2 (approx 4 – 6 months later)

  • Habits 4 – 7
    • Seek first to understand and then to be understood, think win-win, synergise, and sharpen the saw.
  • Receiving, interpreting and actioning your personal profile.

How is the course experienced?

  • This course is run within companies for groups of 10 (I think 5 is too few) - 25 delegates at a time. This means that you develop in a safe environment, working alongside peers and colleagues and tailoring your learnings to your specific business context.
  • Prior to the course, delegates will be asked to either read the corresponding book or listen to the CD in preparation for the experience.
  • This course is highly experiential, which in turn maximises your development as a delegate (as 70% of all learning comes from actual doing!)
  • As a delegate you will work both individually and within groups on both personal and professional areas in your life. Sharing is completely optional and confidentiality is strictly imposed.
  • Follow up coaching and support workshops are offered after the programme, which means you are supported both individually and as a business on developing and sustaining your effectiveness.
