What is covered?
- Planning and structuring meetings with defined outcomes, agenda’s and contributing roles such that the meeting can be managed effectively to achieve outcomes which generate momentum and results.
- Tools, processes and key mindsets to assist you and your team in the actual running of a meeting, avoiding frustration and confusion, and achieving collective engagement.
- Key insights into classic group dynamics, safe environments, attention spans and the diffusion of conflict so that obstacles are managed avoiding set backs and creating cohesion.
How is the course experienced?
- This course can be delivered to your business teams of between of between 4 and 20 people, or can be delivered to a selection of your key employees who themselves attend / chair meetings as part of their roles. This ensures commitment from all key members to new ways of working – which means you are far more likely to transform your meetings on a consistent basis.
- This course is highly experiential, which in turn maximises your development as a delegate (as 70% of all learning comes from actual doing!)
- All delegates will develop and practice key processes which they haven chosen to implement into their own meetings. They will receive coaching both during the course and via additional implementation coaching offered from one month after the event, which means that all delegates are individually supported with their actions plans on their journey to conquer their meetings.
