- By developing your coaching skills, alongside those of your line managers, you and they will avoid investing hours in the dependency of team members continually asking what to do and never seeming to develop themselves. Instead you gain a unique tool for empowering and developing their ability to flourish independently, saving you time in the long run and creating a highly effective team environment.
What is covered?
- The process and skill of coaching explored and experienced.
- How coaching fits within the remit of the management role, alongside Leadership and Mentorship.
- Hands on practice using case studies from real life working situations which ensure you leave with a clear understanding and experience of how to apply your new skills.
How is the course experienced?
- This course is run within companies for a maximum of 15 delegates. This means that you all develop in a safe environment, working alongside peers and colleagues and tailoring your learnings to your specific business context.
- Prior to the course, all delegates will receive a telephone coaching experience of 1 hour, to prepare them for the course itself.
- This course is highly experiential, which in turn maximises your development as a delegate (as 70% of all learning comes from actual doing!)
- All delegates will have the opportunity to practice and receive coaching on the course. Additionally, you are all offered implementation coaching from one month after the event, which means you are individually supported as you build this new skill into your line manager toolkit.

- There are 2 levels of development for beginners and for more advanced coaches, which explore both the coaching process and various coaching techniques.
