How is the course experienced?
- This course is run within companies for a maximum of 15 delegates. This means that delegates develop in a safe environment, working alongside peers and colleagues and we can tailor their learnings to your specific business context.
- This course is highly experiential, which in turn maximises the development of all delegates (as 70% of all learning comes from actual doing!)
- All delegates will have the opportunity to work on and practice various training opportunities, receiving individual personal coaching to develop their skills both during the course and via additional implementation coaching offered from one month after the event. This means they are individually supported on their entire journey to excellence.
