At Congruent Performance, we work with teams of people who want, and often need to improve their team performance. Quite often problems are identified within the areas of morale, communication, relationships, and goal / role clarification, but this list is by no means definitive!
What we do is work with the leaders and within the teams to identity the root cause, and then develop new knowledge, behaviours and attitudes via training and coaching programmes.
Our solutions are flexible and can be tailored to the needs of our clients, which means that underperforming teams become good teams, good teams become great teams, line managers become great leaders and change is enduring.
